Welcome!

I am a Research Fellow for the Beyond Compliance Consortium in the Centre for Applied Human Rights at the University of York. I specialize in International Relations with a focus on civil war, rebel governance, and post-conflict peacebuilding. 

My work explains how rebel governance and different types of governance affect the durability of peace after conflict. I use a variety of methods to explore these issues, including cross-national statistical analysis and in-depth case studies.

I received my PhD in political science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2024. You can find my CV here.
